Church Administrator, Bruce Western

Bruce Western Church Administrator Bruce Western joined the staff of MACC in July 2010 as Church Administrator. As Administrator, Bruce is the organizer at MACC and helps execute the vision the Elders cast. He is blessed to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the church, the assimilation of members into ministries, human resources, and budgets. Bruce is so grateful that God opened this door into ministry!

Raised in Assumption, Illinois, Bruce moved to Macomb in 1985, where he received both his B.A. and Master's degrees from Western Illinois University. While employed in the Human Resources Department at McDonough District Hospital for over 18 years, he was actively involved in many ministries at MACC including Sunday School teacher, worship team pianist, and more. Bruce also served MACC as an elder and deacon, and was active in Campus Students for Christ at Western Illinois.

Bruce enjoys golf, home repairs, and outside activities. But above all, he strives to live according to the words found in Joshua 24:15: "As for me and my household, we will serve the Lord."
